About Northlane

Finding the rhythm. Building what lasts.

I've always been drawn to the process of getting better. Whether it's playing the drums, finding the right line down a mountain, or competing in sports, I've always loved the challenge of figuring things out. The repetition, the adjustments, the moments when everything finally clicks. And, inevitably, the times you fall flat and have to figure out why.

That curiosity followed me straight in my career as I stepped into closing roles right out of university, often finding myself in boardrooms across teams of executives with decades more of experience than I had. I was fortunate to have phenomenal mentors along the way, but much of that early growth came from trial and error and falling, losing deals I thought I'd won, learning to connect with people rather than simply selling them.

Those experiences taught me to pay attention to the mechanics behind the outcome.

The path

Consultative roots

I started my career at top 50 brokerage firms, where solution selling and hunting were ingrained from day one.

Hypergrowth unicorn

I pivoted into a hypergrowth unicorn in the GRC and security space, helping scale the company from 0 to $150M in ARR in under four years.

Global leadership in legacy SaaS

As a global director in legacy SaaS, I learned where the lines have to be drawn on speed, pivoting, and data.

A clear path to the vision

Today I help teams validate their total TAM and expansion opportunity, and grow at the right pace so the path to the vision stays clear and attainable.

Out on the mountain

Intensity and peace. You can have both.

I'm a father first. Snowboarding and time outside with my family are where I find my calm, and as a GAA hurler I learned what real intensity and passion feel like. I want the founders and teams I work with to feel both: the drive to win, and the peace to step away and enjoy those moments because the engine is built right.
